Oh my, it's Friday again... yay!
I'm absolutely loving today's palette of these gorgeous jade greens and hot cerise pinks. They're so vibrant and energetic, just what I need because I feel like I'm flagging a wee bit today. I'm so over the cold weather and just want to feel the warmth and freshness of spring... hmpf!
Although I did take myself off to do a wee spot of yarn shopping this morning, which always helps lift the spirits! I'm really pleased too because I've found four new (and very yummy!) colours to freshen up my custom flower garland colour palettes ready for the coming spring. I'll crochet a few samples over the weekend and show them to you next week... :)
Also next week, I promise and swear down that I will share my exciting news! Until then I hope you all have a wonderful weekend... :)

Oh my days, great colour combo and you're reading my mind twinks. I've just purchased/reserved some rather scrummy wool; Debbie Bliss "Angel" in a delicious pale lime green and candy floss pink!!! OooOo I'm a happy yarn bunny!!! Ionwen X
ReplyDeleteLove this color combo - I think it may be my fav for spring :)
ReplyDeleteLove your colour palettes! This one is no exception. Beautiful, beasutiful images. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a collection! Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteEmma, I am another fan of this color harmony. I'm also intrigued (and even nosy) about how you purchase yarns. We have many fabulous yarns shops here in New York that I visit, and many of my yarn skeins come home from these sites. Yet, I confess that I also love to buy yarns on line.
ReplyDeleteOne of these days I want to order some Shetland wools from Jamieson, or have I spelled that wrong.
Even more, I wish to someday travel to the Shetland Isles and see those sheep for myself.

How these colours make my heart sing today!!! xoxo
ReplyDeleteWow such beautiful colors!! LOVE!
ReplyDeleteLoving those gorgeous colours on Flickr, now drooling over them here! Still haven't mastered the colour palette thing Emma but am NOT giving up, just my IT skills aren't up to it LOL!
ReplyDeleteMiss Emma, those are quite possibly my favorite colors...EVER! After seeing that color palette, I guess I'll be counting down the days until Spring with even less patience than I had before.
ReplyDeleteAlso, congratulations on your lovely flower garland being in the Handmade Olympics! You, of course, have my vote!
Take care!
Deirdre
