Hello my lovelies! I do apologise for the impromptu break in blog posts this week, I have had lots of things I wanted to chat about but I've been severely lacking in the motivation department. Both my Man and me have been feeling a wee bit under the weather, not ill as such, just that kinda horrible sluggish feeling you can get during the winter months...

Even the wee man had to have a trip to the vets this week after we found a nasty looking lump on his foot. We're currently waiting on the results of a biopsy before we decide whether or not he needs an operation, eep! In the meantime he's on a course of antibiotics that are making him feel quite sluggish too, my poor wee pal :(

So this last week there has been lots of quiet time and moments of restful calm. More than a few times I've caught myself staring out the window at the beautiful blue skies and daydreaming of warm sunny days, the light has been so wonderful this week. It really feels like spring is coming, the nights are getting lighter too and slowly but surely the temperature is rising - so refreshing! I can't wait for a new week to start!
Wishing you all the most lovely Sunday and I shall see you all bright and early tomorrow morning for a lovely dose of yummy colour :)

Ditto, here too. We are all suffering from man flu, the deadliest virus know to man (but not woman, lol!). Hope your poor pal will be OK.

Hahahaha, Jak, you made me laugh. We're on the same boat over here (and I have three men in the house).
ReplyDeleteEmma, I hope everyone feels better soon and surgery is avoided.
Hope your "wee man" is all better soon!

Awwww...poor wee man! Hope it's nothing serious. Feel better soon....spring is on its' way :)
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to the wee man. Hope the antibiotics do the trick. I also hope the sun comes out for you soon!

Yes, I've missed you too! Hope things brighten up for you soon, both weather-wise and psychology-wise and that the wee man is just fine. Love that lichen photo!! xx
ReplyDelete8 Mart Kadınlar Günümüz kutlu olsun. Sevgiyle kalın.
ReplyDeletewe've had some sunny but chilly days here this weekend, it's kind of nice but kind of cold too. I did manage to get home from work in the half light today though so it does feel a bit more springy. I know what you mean about winter sluggishness - everything seems like such hard work when you feel like that. I hope poor spanner will be ok, was he brave?

P.S. word verification sounds like a town in the north west somewhere: sleboyes, like 'sleboyes on sea', or 'sleboyes by the sea' :o)
Poor Spanner... don't worry though, it's probably a fatty lump, very common and armless x
